Jura builds exclusively super-automatic espresso machines — Swiss-engineered, fully sealed, and more complex than anything else on your countertop. When something fails inside a Jura, general repair shops can't help. The brew group isn't user-removable. The ceramic grinder is calibrated to tolerances most technicians have never worked with. We fix them all across Greater Chicago.

Jura machines are fully sealed super-automatics with a non-removable brew group, ceramic disc grinders calibrated to micro-tolerances, a proprietary thermoblock, and a control board that talks to every subsystem simultaneously. Those engineering choices determine how the machine fails, and therefore how it has to be diagnosed. A general appliance technician doesn't carry the parts, the tools, or the diagnostic framework. We do.
We use OEM-spec Jura parts wherever they are available, and we tell you plainly when a high-quality equivalent is the better or only option. The part number goes on your invoice either way. Every repair carries 30 days on our labor and up to one year on the parts we install.
Have the model name to hand if you can — E8, Z10, ENA 4, GIGA 6, S8, etc. On Jura machines, the model name is printed on the front panel. With the model confirmed, the correct brew group gaskets, ceramic discs, and thermoblock components travel with the technician. Most Jura repairs finish in a single visit.

Have the model name ready. It decides which parts travel with the technician.
