Brewkeeper grew out of a simple frustration: when a good espresso machine breaks, there's almost nobody to call. General appliance repair shops don't carry the parts. Manufacturer service centers quote weeks for a callback. And the machine sits on your counter, dead, while you drive to a coffee shop for the cup it should be making at home.
We built Brewkeeper to fill that gap across Greater Chicago. A repair service that answers the phone, carries brand-specific parts, and fixes the machine in one visit. No national dispatch centers. No subcontractors. A local technician who knows espresso machines inside and out.
A $2,500 Jura with a $300 brew group issue shouldn't end up in a landfill. A café owner whose La Marzocco goes down on a Saturday morning shouldn't wait until Monday for a callback. And nobody should pay for a repair that costs more than the machine is worth — we'll tell you when it doesn't make sense.
